Why do you like working in the real estate industry?
Love helping first tie home buyers find there first dream home. They are so excited and attentive to every
thing you say and do. When you hand them their new keys their eyes light up.

In what year did you become affiliated with Semonin Realtors®?
2009

Why do you choose to affiliate your business with Semonin?
I have lived in Louisville all my life and it is the best known real estate company in town. You don't have to sell anyone on the name. They all also have a reputation for the most knowledgeable and professional agent in town.

What sets you apart from other REALTORS®? What are your greatest strengths as a real estate agent?
I always have a smile and my face and am eager to help anyone with questions or issues. Any question I can't resolve is a special challenge until I get the answer. I have a computer background and love to use this knowledge to help with any issues that come during the buying and selling process. I love maintaining a relationship with all of my clients before and after the sale. I use ideas from Buffini and Ninja to be creative in my maintaining relationships.

What do you do to stay up-to-date/knowledgeable about the real estate industry?
Go to all sales meetings, talk to the techonology team, and with the many agents at Semonin. Out of 500 agents there is always one who has the special expertise that you need to solve any unique issue. I also keep up to date at Glar events and committees.

What did you do before you began working in real estate? Has anything you learned on that/those jobs helped you with your real estate business? If so, what/how?
I owned my own business in cellular and pager sales. With retail locations all over Kentucky. I learned how to market and promote my business to grow it to the largest retail cellular company in Louisville. I have a degree in Accounting and Computer Science from the University of Kentucky.

I have one daughter who lives with her husband and four daughters in Denver, Colorado. They are all under the age of 10. I visit them several times a year which is not enough. I plan to start seeing them 3-4 times per year. I usually see them at Christmas and in the summer at least. They enjoy loving on their granddaddy. It pleases me to know in to feel their love and affection.

I enjoy hiking, bilking and fishing with fishing buddies. I love cheering on UL athletic teams. Being outside rejuvenates you and keeps you young and helps you feel motivated to return to work.

I am really shy and have a hard time approaching people but as soon as we begin talking and finding things in common we usually become friends.
